CAR LOGBOOK SALES AGENTS – TEAM LEAD

Reports To : Car Financing Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Actively seek out and engage potential clients to promote logbook loans.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting logbook loans.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities and client feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
