Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Camp Coordinator at Oloiden Campsite in Naivasha. The Camp Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day camp activities, supervising staff, ensuring effective communication with guests and team members, and organizing educational programs and activities for guests.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality and/or camp coordination role, within an outdoor adventure set-up
- Strong supervisory skills and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications in the hospitality industry
- In-depth understanding of hospitality operations including guest service, housekeeping and maintenance
- Passion for nature, adventure, and providing exceptional guest experiences
