Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
Assist drivers and passengers with inquiries and issue resolution
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high satisfaction rate
Record and report call data for service improvements
Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Swahili and English
Contract Terms: 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
