Call Center Agent

Are you a great communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Suka Ride is looking for a Call Center Agent to provide top-notch customer support and ensure seamless communication with our users.

Key Responsibilities:✔️ Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

✔️ Assist drivers and passengers with inquiries and issue resolution

✔️ Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high satisfaction rate

✔️ Record and report call data for service improvements

Qualifications:🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills

🔹 Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus

🔹 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Fluency in Swahili and English

📜Contract Terms: 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
