Position: Business Performance and Analytics Manager
Education: BSc in Actuarial Sciences, BSc in Mathematics or related field.
Key areas:
- Design Customer Value Management (CVM) and Customer Experience strategies
- Increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Develop Retention, win back and loyalty
- CVM Reports
- Stakeholder EngagementCovers areas of model development through:
- Developing analytics programs that profiles customers’ behavior
- Churn prediction models
- Measure and analyze customer satisfaction trends
- Developing revenue stimulation, retention and loyalty schemes
- Product recommendation and comprehensive business requirements towards revenue generation.
- Prepare reports daily report showing any campaign performances
- Identify and develop new, efficient and customer obsessed base activities and life cycle programs to Increase revenue.
Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience from telecommunications or payTV CVM (Customer value management) will be an advantage
- Commercial experience (PayTV, mobile telecoms experience preferable but not required)
- Proven numerical skills and commercial acumen and the
- ability to interpret commercial and financial analysis
- A track record of developing a strategic vision of CVM activities and of reaching ambitious revenue objectives.
- Competent and confident relationship building skills and be able to influence senior management
