QUALIFICATIONS
- Should have own capital or be able to finance the business from 200 million to 500 million UGX depending on the location of the service station.
- At least three (3) years of working experience with adequate business exposure and applicant must reside in the selected town.
- The individual MUST be able to work within business laws and regulations to grow and promote the RUBiS brand.
- Must have a high degree of integrity, strong financial credibility, and deliver exceptional customer service.
