- Ensure business growth through strategic customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Establish and maintain high customer service standards to enhance satisfaction.
- Ensure business operations comply with Nigerian laws and industry regulations.
- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential business threats.
- Implement internal controls and standard operating procedures for operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
- Implement performance tracking systems to monitor key business metrics.

Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and business strategy.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Nigerian business regulations and market dynamics.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ACCA, CFA) are a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and business operations.
