Role Overview

  • This role requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the Nigerian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure business growth through strategic customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain high customer service standards to enhance satisfaction.
  • Ensure business operations comply with Nigerian laws and industry regulations.
  • Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential business threats.
  • Implement internal controls and standard operating procedures for operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
  • Implement performance tracking systems to monitor key business metrics.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A Master’s Degree (MBA) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and business strategy.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Nigerian business regulations and market dynamics.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ACCA, CFA) are a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and business operations.
