Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting for a BI Developer Manager who’ll lead and oversee a team of BI developers and analysts in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities

- Provides leadership and management for a team of BI developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring high performance.
- Develops and implements a BI strategy aligned with the organization’s goals, ensuring BI solutions meet business needs.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and design effective BI solutions, including data models, data warehouses, and reporting structures.
- Collaborates with the team on the integration of data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Leads the creation of interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to enable end-users to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Evaluate and select BI tools, platforms, and technologies that align with the organization’s needs and scalability.
Requirements
- Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- FMCG Business Knowledge
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
- Microsoft Office Specialist Expert Certification
- Any SQL Certification, e.g., (Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate Certification or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals)
- Experience in data warehousing, project management, and data analytics
