Job Description:
CatholicPay is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This position will focus on expanding our market presence through strategic relationship-building and effective outreach. The ideal candidate will help develop and implement strategies to drive user engagement and retention while ensuring our service reaches a wider audience within our target community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage potential users.
- Build and maintain relationships with parishes, businesses/organizations, and parish groups.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and enhance user experience.
- Represent CatholicPay at community events and industry functions to promote our mission.
