Role Overview

  • As a Business Development Manager at May Publishing Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • This role is ideal for an individual with significant industry experience and the leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives.
  • The position demands a combination of business acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
    • Identify and build relationships with potential clients and business partners.
    • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
    • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion or improvement in service offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Track and report on business development performance, setting and achieving targets.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of [industry-specific knowledge or sector] and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
