Job title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos, Abuja, Port -Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, Aba, and Warri

Reports to: Team Lead Business Development

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors’ activities and potential opportunities for business expansion.

· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

· Collaborate with projects and CX teams to create effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients,

· Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy market.

· Work closely with the technical team to ensure a thorough understanding of our solar products and services

Who we are looking for:

· You must be a graduate with experience in the Solar energy industry

· A post-graduate degree is an additional advantage

· A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Solar energy industry.

· Experience in writing proposal and making presentation.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple customers

· Strong written and oral communication skills.
