
Overview:
Responsible for supporting the company with Strategy planning and budgeting, review of cost optimization, ad-hoc reporting, commercial contract/ investment review, board presentation preparation, and performance analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development
a) Conduct thorough market research to identify new corporate wellness business opportunities and target clients.
b) Develop and implement strategic plans to increase corporate client base, focusing on industries with high potential for wellness services.
c) Monitor trends and competitor activities in the corporate wellness industry to position Pathcare Kenya’s services competitively.
2. Corporate Client Relationship Management
a) Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, care managers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
b) Act as the primary point of contact for corporate wellness clients, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
c) Work closely with Pathcare’s marketing and client service teams to enhance client experience and foster long-term loyalty.
3. Revenue Generation and Sales
a) Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for corporate wellness.
b) Identify and close new business deals by understanding client needs and aligning Pathcare’s services with their wellness objectives.
c) Negotiate contracts, including terms and pricing with corporate clients and intermediaries, ensuring profitability and growth.
4. Proposal and Agreement Management
a) Draft and present proposals to potential clients, detailing Pathcare’s corporate wellness offerings and value proposition.
b) Prepare and manage agreements, including Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to formalize partnerships.
c) Work with internal teams to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
5. Partnership Development with Care Managers and Insurers
a) Collaborate with care managers and insurer relationship managers to create new wellness packages and engagement plans tailored for corporate clients.
b) Work with partners like Heritage, Liaison, APA, Britam, and others to secure new business through preferred wellness programs.
6.Service Expansion and Innovation
a) Develop and promote new wellness products and services that cater to corporate clients, enhancing PKL’s wellness offerings.
b) Collaborate with the marketing and wellness teams to create targeted wellness programs, events, and initiatives for corporate clients.
c) Gather client feedback and industry insights to recommend improvements and innovations to PKL’s wellness services.
7. Reporting and Performance Tracking
a) Track and report on sales performance, client acquisition, and revenue generated through corporate wellness initiatives.
b) Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
c) Use CRM tools to document and manage client interactions, ensuring a seamless follow-up process for ongoing client engagement.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
a) Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Finance, Client Service, and Operations, to align on client needs and ensure delivery of promised services.
b) Participate in corporate wellness events and workshops to represent Pathcare and engage directly with potential and existing clients.
Qualifications:
a)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. (Master’s Degree in the same fields will be an added advantage)
b)Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the healthcare or wellness industry.
c)Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
d)Knowledge of wellness services and an understanding of corporate client needs and industry trends.
e)Ability to work independently and meet targets while fostering team collaboration.
