BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Growth & Business Expansion

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, service expansions, and strategic alliances.

Conduct market research to assess competitive positioning and emerging trends in the healthcare industry

Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition

Drive outpatient and inpatient footfall through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, insurers, and referral partners.

Lead initiatives to increase patient engagement and loyalty through value-added services.

Corporate Partnerships & Networking

Establish strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector players to facilitate business collaborations.

Develop and implement corporate partnership programs to enhance service accessibility.

Represent RFH Healthcare at industry forums, conferences, and business networking events.

Operational & Financial Performance

Monitor key performance indicators (KP|s) to track business growth and financial performance.

Work closely with the COO to align business development initiatives with operational capabilities.

Collaborate with the Finance team to develop business models and revenue forecasts.

Marketing & Brand Visibility

Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, and community outreach programs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns that promote RH’s services.

Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize marketing and patient engagement strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Management is an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Proven track record of driving business growth, forming strategic partnerships, and executing high-impact projects.

Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong problem-solving mindset.
