Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities for IT services and research solutions.
  • Drive sales of IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, and managed IT services, alongside Evopolls research offerings.
  • Promote Evopolls’ features such as customer satisfaction surveys, market research tools, and feedback management systems to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technology and research needs, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for IT and Evopolls services.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities in IT and research services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Research, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the ICT or research services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and market research solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, market analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
