Job Description: Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation strategies.
– Build and maintain strong relationship with prospective and existing clients.
– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
– Attend industry events and create networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
– Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
– Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualification:
– B.SC, HND or OND degree in any field.
– Proven track record of successful sales and business development in Real Estate or Insurance Sakes.
– Prior experience in Insurance or Real Estate Sales would be an advantage.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– A self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Experience: Candidate should have minimum 1-3 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
