Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of high-potential clients and business partnerships.
  • Develop strategies to expand our market share and achieve sales targets within the real estate sector.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, demand shifts, and competition, using insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and sales teams to optimize the client experience and streamline the sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure business deals.
  • Consistently monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in a business development role in real estate with a successful sales record.
  • Expertise in real estate industry trends, networking, negotiation, and closing sales.
