Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in client relationship management to join our dynamic agency. This role combines the strategic focus of developing new business opportunities with the interpersonal skills of managing ongoing client accounts. The ideal candidate should be proficient at driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
 Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies and business plans to expand the agency’s portfolio. Conduct
market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
 Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, build, and maintain relationships with them.
 Sales and Revenue Generation: Monitor and analyze sales performance, develop promotional materials that drive client engagement ensuring revenue targets.
 Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on business development activities including sales pipelines, market analysis, and financial performance.
 Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and manage the team while fostering collaboration to ensure aligned goals.

 Identify potential clients, build relationships, and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the agency’s revenue growth.
 Develop tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients, lead pitches, negotiations, and contract closures.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their  needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Required Qualification and Skill:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a PR or marketing agency.
 Strong understanding of PR and marketing principles, including branding, campaign management, and digital marketing.
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
 Ability to balance competing priorities between client satisfaction and agency profitability.
 Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business development tools.
