Job Summary:

Task Savvy Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Intern to support our team in client sourcing, relationship management, and market expansion. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategies in the HR services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and source potential clients through research, networking, and outreach strategies.

2. Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to expand the company’s client base.

3. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.

4. Support in drafting business proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.

5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.

8. Provide support in marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional materials.

9. Assist in organizing and participating in networking events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Passion for sales, client relationship management, and business development.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent research and analytical skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an added advantage.

7. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
