About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Associate to help us expand our client base in commercial cleaning and domestic staffing services. This role is commission-based, meaning your earning potential is unlimited based on your performance. If you’re skilled in sales, have strong networking abilities, and enjoy closing deals, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and secure new corporate cleaning contracts for commercial buildings, offices, and businesses
– Generate leads and close deals for domestic staffing services, including professional cleaners, housekeepers, and nannies for high-end clients
– Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers
– Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in both service areas
– Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients
– Track leads, manage client follow-ups, and maintain a robust sales pipeline
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to tailor solutions effectively
Who You Are:
– Proven experience in sales, business development, or B2B sales (experience in cleaning, staffing, or facility management industries is a plus)
– A self-motivated go-getter who thrives in a commission-based role
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
-Well-connected with businesses, property managers, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers in Mombasa
– Knowledge of high-end domestic staffing and corporate cleaning needs is an advantage
