Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our diverse range of products and services to potential clients. A background in sales engineering and technical knowledge will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
· Identify and engage potential clients across various industries.
· Promote and sell Kusoya’s range of products and services, including facilities management, engineering solutions, and maintenance services.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
· Prepare and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
· Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 1 to 3 years in business development or sales, preferably in the engineering or facilities management sector.
· Education: Diploma or degree from a reputable institution.
· Technical Background: A background in sales engineering or technical knowledge is an added advantage.
· Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
· Other: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
