Job Title: Business Development and Operations Manager
Location: Oku-Ajah, Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase LPG sales.
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
- Prepare and present sales and operational reports to management.
- Identify and secure partnerships with wholesale and retail gas buyers.
- Supervise the Customer Fulfillment Officer and Plant Supervisor to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in supply chain management and logistics.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development or operations, preferably in the energy or gas sector.
