Job Description
To deliver on the Small & Medium Enterprise Banking (SME) value proposition by managing a portfolio of clients through the SME banking sales and service model (i.e. email, phone calls and other digital platforms available) for service and transactional solutioning as well as leveraging the existing branch footprint and relevant stakeholders.

5-7 years
Experience in customer service and business acumen. Knowledge of credit principles, branch banking processes, procedures, policies and bank products and services.
