Business Analyst

The  Business  Analyst  will  be responsible  for  analyzing  the  business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The role involves researching business processes, making reports with recommendations  to the company’s  management and analyzing  the potential impact of their recommendations.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend solutions to

enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of supply chain

management software, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement,

 

 

logistics, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.

•  Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

•  Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

•  Performing requirements analysis.

•  Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

  • .Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

JoRequirements

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification.
  • LanguagSkills: Proficiency in English language is preferred.
  • MobilityAbility to travel as required for supplier visits and meetings.
  • Experience:

o 3 years of experience relevant area of field.

o Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.

o Knowledge of project management methodologies.

  • TechnicaSkills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

o Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

o Deep understanding of business operations

o Competent in IT systems.
