Vacancy: Building Supervisor
Position: Building Supervisor (1 position)
Contract Type: Specified Period of Time Contract
Duty Station: Mwanza
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist the Buildings and Infrastructure Manager with the execution of all site buildings from design to completion, ensuring strict adherence to company site safety policies and procedures, while implementing industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with building processes, procedures, and management from concept to completion.

- Follow up with engineers on design and compliance in the local district, ensuring thorough implementation of QC/QA practices.
- Manage and control the construction phase of permanent building development at the Nyanzaga Gold Project, ensuring proper sign-off and compliance documentation.
- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to construction contractors.
- Perform administrative tasks, monitor construction tasks and schedules, provide project progress reports, and maintain records.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, preferably a diploma (FTC) or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction projects, preferably in the mining industry.
