REPORT TO: Senior Marketing Manager

Job Purpose
The Brand Manager will oversee the Safari and Zoya Brands. They will help lead the development and execution of innovative, integrated brand marketing strategies that elevate Safari and Zoya position in the industry. They will work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure that all brand initiatives align seamlessly with overall marketing objectives, delivering a cohesive, engaging brand message and experience for customers across key touch pints. The Brand Manager will drive impactful marketing efforts that support the brand’s strategic priorities and engage target audiences in meaningful ways that reflect Vivo Fashion Group. Fostering external and internal relationships is a requirement in this mission, partnering with internal cross-functional peers, senior leadership and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and track strategies and plans to increase brand market share and deliver against revenue KPIs.

Implement strategies and specific plans to acquire new customers and deliver against brand customer acquisition KPIs, including assessment and tracking of total new customers on a weekly/monthly basis.

Develop a thorough understanding of the brand’s customer base including through developing detailed customer profiles and mapping out brand customer journeys.

Grow the brand’s customer database.

Increase brand love and community engagement through powerful marketing and engagement activities and promoting user-generated content.

Create a consistent image of the company and maintain it in all branding, marketing and advertising content.

Develop and manage customer feedback initiatives including customer surveys, focus groups, rating services)
Key Skills

Experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

Atleast 5 years in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably in the retail and fashion industry.

Strong ability to think strategically and creatively to drive growth.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sophisticated understanding of fashion brand storytelling and a keen eye for detail in all creative outputs.
