
Job Purpose
- Ensure consistent customer experience, drive customer centricity, and optimize brand awareness through CRM insights and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling brand messaging and positioning.
- Use CRM analytics to refine customer communication.
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans.
- Handle customer queries and improve satisfaction strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead product launches.
- Optimize marketing spend and track expenses.
- Report on customer trends and campaign performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. CIM certification is an added advantage.
- 3+ years experience in a brand or customer experience role (Hospitality Industry preferred).
