Job Summary:
Nexcom is seeking a dynamic Kisumu Branch Lead to oversee operations, sales, and customer experience at our Kisumu branch. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, optimize operations, and lead a multidisciplinary team to establish our branch as a market leader in ICT and managed IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Ensure streamlined daily operations and compliance with company standards.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Customer Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Technical Oversight: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure efficient support and service delivery.
- Leadership: Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor branch performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in ICT or managed services.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
