Job Summary
The Bookshop Attendant’s overall responsibility is to provide exceptional customer
experience, managing inventory and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment
and storage facilities at World Trumpet Mission (WTM) while upholding ethical standards in
order to achieve WTM’s Vision, Mission and objectives.

Requirements, Qualifications & Experiences (essential/desirable)
▪ Diploma in relevant field is preferred.
▪ A Certificate in Library and Information Science will be an added advantage.
▪ Experience of one (1) year of customer service experience.
▪ The ideal candidate will have a love for books and a strong customer service orientation.
▪ Previous retail experience, preferably in a bookstore or similar environment.
▪ Strong passion for books and knowledge of various genres and authors.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
▪ Basic proficiency with MS Computer Applications.
▪ Ability to lift and carry boxes of books and stand for extended periods.
▪ Attention to Detail.
▪ Professional and technical expertise.
▪ Adaptability.
▪ Innovativeness.
▪ Critical Thinking.
▪ Customer Focus.
▪ Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ as evidenced by spiritual maturity and a close daily walk with Him.
