About the Role

As a Bookkeeper at Sandman, you will be responsible for managing and recording all financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. Your work will play a crucial role in helping us make informed financial decisions and maintaining our fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

⦁ Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

⦁ Maintain general ledger and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

⦁ Process accounts receivable/payable and manage invoices and billing.

⦁ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

⦁ Support the preparation of tax documents and audits as required.

⦁ Assist with payroll processing and other financial tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

⦁ Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.

⦁ Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.

⦁ Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.

⦁ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

⦁ Good organizational and time management skills.

⦁ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
