What is your role?
Duties and Responsibilities
• Implement plans, programs, preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance activities on the boilers in the factory in accordance with approved procedures and instructions issued by maintenance manager.
• Monitor the efficiency of boilers during work.
• Repair all mechanical faults that occur on the boilers in the production department in coordination with the operator and record the repairs made to the daily maintenance report.
• Analysing the water inside the boiler periodically throughout the day.
• Implementation of the required modifications on boilers after study and approval by maintenance manager.
What do we ask of you?
• 3 – 5 Years in a Boiler operator role in a manufacturing environment
• Must take ownership of tasks and have a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to show initiative and to act thereon with no and/or minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Patient, methodical and trustworthy.
• Presentable and articulate with the ability to get along with all levels.
• Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality and an ability to make sound judgements
• Ability to work under pressure.
