DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervising farming activities, ensuring proper timing and adherence to quality standards in sugarcane production.
• Managing farm resources, overseeing the allocation and use of materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitoring farm inputs, ensuring correct usage of fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs.
• Conducting inspections, assessing farm activities and reporting findings to management.
• Keeping records, documenting daily farm activities for tracking and reporting.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by superiors.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Diploma in crop production, general agriculture, agriculture engineering or Mechanization
• Minimum of 3 years proven working experience.
• Applicants must have NIDA &TIN
• Applicants must have an introduction letter from local government and two referee letters.
