Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and communication? We are seeking a BID & FRONT DESK COORDINATOR to join our team. This dual role is perfect for someone who can manage bid submissions while also providing top-notch front-desk administrative support.

As a Bid & Front Desk Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  2. Assist in drafting and reviewing bid documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
  4. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing front desk operations and client inquiries.
  5. Assist with managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in bid management, sales support, or front desk operations
  3. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
