We are looking for a Bid and Client Relations Coordinator.
To align with this title, key responsibilities will include:
– Business Development – Researching new clients, networking, tracking bid portals (e.g., government tenders).
– Bid Coordination – Preparing RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents; managing submissions.
– Construction Focus – Reviewing project specs, coordinating with estimators/site teams.
– Site Duties – Conducting pre-bid and Post-bid site visits or light supervision support.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
– 1-3+ years in construction bidding, estimating and business development.
– Proficiency in bid writing, estimating software, and tendering
– Familiarity with tender portals (e.g., EGP) and contract types.
– Strong negotiation, research, and time-management skills.
– Construction site experience (e.g., as a site engineer, foreman, or QS)
