Bid and Client Relations Coordinator

Tik Builders ltd was founded and incorporated in February 2015. Over this period of time, the company has undertaken some challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services and related construction works. Our team focuses on Excellent Delivery throughout the whole project life cycle, from the early planning stage through to practical completion, and in the service we provide to our clients, customers and the community. We aim to provide our customers with a positive experience they want to repeat on their future projects.

We are looking for a Bid and Client Relations Coordinator.

To align with this title, key responsibilities will include:

Business Development – Researching new clients, networking, tracking bid portals (e.g., government tenders).

Bid Coordination – Preparing RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents; managing submissions.

Construction Focus – Reviewing project specs, coordinating with estimators/site teams.

Site Duties – Conducting pre-bid and Post-bid site visits or light supervision support.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.

– 1-3+ years in construction bidding, estimating and business development.

– Proficiency in bid writing, estimating software, and tendering

– Familiarity with tender portals (e.g., EGP) and contract types.

– Strong negotiation, research, and time-management skills.

– Construction site experience (e.g., as a site engineer, foreman, or QS)
