Overview
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista,
you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages and other beverages.
Responsibilities:
● Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and
other beverages.
● Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
● Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee station, counters, and
seating areas.
● Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately.
● Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and
making recommendations.
● Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages by following recipes and presentation
standards.
● Stock and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
● Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation
practices.
● Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Requirements:
● Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
● Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques.
● Excellent customer service and communication skills.
