Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for Bakers (6 in no.) at AfroArt Coffee & Bakery limited. The Bakers will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, following recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, they will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
Qualifications
- Experience in baking a variety of pastries, bread, and desserts
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
