Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Telesales Executive to generate sales by reaching out to businesses, introducing our products and services, and closing deals over the phone.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to businesses to pitch and sell Aventa’s products and services.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring a strong pipeline for sales conversion.
  • Research potential clients to understand their needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Maintain regular contact through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals.
  • Address client concerns and handle objections effectively, providing solutions that fit their needs.

Sales Process & Performance Tracking:

  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Product & Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on Aventa’s EV products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques based on customer feedback and performance analytics.

Requirements
Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in the automotive, energy, or technology industries is an advantage.

Technical & Sales Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and position products as solutions.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.

Personal Attributes:

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
  • Confident and engaging phone presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary and Benefits

  • N200,000 – N250,000 / Month + performance-based commission
  • Negotiable considering experience and capacity.
