B2B Sales Executive

Black Knight Africa is a provider of Information Technology and security systems services based in Kampala, Uganda.

We have developed B2B e-commerce platforms designed to help manufacturers and distributors efficiently sell their products to clients both within and outside Uganda.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding manufacturers and distributors onto our B2B e-commerce platforms and ensuring they fully understand the benefits and usage of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard manufacturers and distributors onto our B2B e-commerce platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of using our e-commerce platforms for their business.
  • Provide training and support to ensure smooth onboarding and optimal usage of the platform.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and onboarding goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to improve platform offerings based on client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the local manufacturing and distribution sector is an added advantage.
