Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a B2B Sales & Account Management Executive at Little App Uganda in Kampala. The Sales & Account Management Executive will be responsible for managing B2B sales accounts, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management activities.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies
- Experience in training and development
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated experience in managing invoicing and collections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
