We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Commission Sales Associate to help businesses tap into the power of freelance talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about helping companies become more agile and cost-efficient.

By excelling in this role, you’ll play a critical role in Kiduchi’s growth, directly contributing to business adoption, freelancer opportunities, and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and engage businesses that need flexible, high-quality freelance talent.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for freelance services, including software development, digital marketing, AI projects, and more.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Educate business owners and HR teams on why freelancers are a smarter, faster, and more cost-effective hiring solution.
  • Present, promote, and sell Kiduchi’s freelance solutions to startups, SMEs, and enterprises using data-backed insights.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping businesses find the best freelance professionals for their needs.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve Kiduchi’s service offerings.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Track and report sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.

Who We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR solutions, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of the gig economy, freelance hiring trends, and business outsourcing models.
  • A self-starter with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
