AUDIT MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA or ACCA)
• At least 5 years of Post Qualification Experience
• A team leader able to manage a varied and large portfolio of clients and provide value-added services to new and existing clients
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral English
• A strong personality with excellent presentation skills
• Proactive with staff and clients and able to work under pressure to meet client expectations and deadlines
• Well-versed with IFRS and ISA
• Well-versed with various accounting software and applications used by different industry sectors and comfortable in a computerized environment
• The ability to grow the business, negotiate fee increases, prepare high-quality
proposals, and cross-sell services to clients
• The ability to assist with training by both tutoring and arranging suitable courses
• The ability to identify quality new staff through the recruitment process
• A leader in the development of existing staff through the appraisal process and promotion recommendations
• An effective manager of resources to obtain optimal utilization and recoveries on engagements and to ensure control over WIP and debtors
• Liaising with cross-service line and overseas-based teams to deliver efficient and effective audits
• Represent the Firm in a professional manner at all times through punctuality,
appearance, and presentation
