Job Position: Area Sales Manager-Western Region

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Kenafric Manufacturing Limited. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing client relationships within an assigned territory.

Job Summary/Objective:

• The Area Sales Manager at Kenafric Manufacturing Limited is responsible for driving sales and market share growth within an assigned territory. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives and targets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Manage and coordinate sales operations, including sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, expanding the customer base, and strengthening client relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and sales pipelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction by addressing their specific needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in ICT and familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
