Job Title: Architect

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Site Architect to ensure that the design intent of the supervising architect is accurately interpreted and implemented on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and explain the design intent of the supervising architect to contractors and site staff.
- Ensure that all site work is carried out in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of site progress, including photographs and reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that the design is being implemented accurately.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations from the design intent.
- Collaborate with contractors and site staff to resolve any design-related issues.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Design adherence: Ensure that the design intent is accurately implemented on site, with minimal discrepancies or deviations.
- Site safety: Ensure that all site work is carried out safely, with no accidents or near-misses.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with contractors, site staff, and the supervising architect.
- Timeliness: Ensure that all site work is completed on schedule, with no delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
- Proven experience in interpreting and implementing design intent on site.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
- Knowledge of Nigerian building codes and regulations.
Salary
N1,500,000 – N1,800,000 annually.
