The clinic provides a range of services, including small animal medicine, equine care, livestock treatment, and exotic animal medicine. With over 10 doctors and a support staff of over 20, the clinic offers services such as treatment, surgery, vaccinations, radiology, ultrasound, 24-hour emergency care, grooming, boarding, animal documentation, and ambulatory services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Animal Health Assistant/Driver at The Andys Veterinary Clinic Limited based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves assisting with animal care, transportation of animals and staff, supporting veterinarians, organizing clinic activities, and ensuring smooth operations of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication
- Certificate/Diploma in Animal Health & Production
- Strong Organization Skills
- Experience in animal care or veterinary settings
- Ability to handle and transport animals safely
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
