Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in agronomy or related field.
- Bachelor of Diploma degree in Agronomy or Crop Protection.
- Strong knowledge of crop management and best practices in agriculture.
- Experience working in the community and having local community linkages in Western and South Western Uganda as well as other key districts.
- Willingness to spend time extensively in rural areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in the use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
