Job Description
- We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agronomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on crop production, soil management, and sustainable agricultural practices to improve farm productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct soil and crop assessments to improve agricultural output.
- Develop and recommend best farming practices for optimal yield.
- Research and implement sustainable farming techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with agricultural standards.
- Prepare reports on farm productivity and soil health.
- Provide technical support and training to farmers.
- Monitor and analyze crop performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to farm locations as required.
- Proven experience in agricultural consulting or farm management.
- Strong knowledge of soil science, crop production, and pest control.
