ROLE PURPOSE
The job holder will be responsible for the Agency sales performance and be in charge of agency manpower development.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for growth of Sales from the assigned Agency Office(s).
- Responsible for recruitment of Agents, Unit Managers and their training.
- Lead sales operations within the agency office allocated.
- Plan performance review meeting with the agents and Unit Manager.
- Conduct market research and keep informed of the market and industrial news.
- Minimize company risks by monitoring the operations of the agency.
- Create and maintain cordial relationship with clients, and agents.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Demonstrate ability to lead the agency sales teams in the agency.
- Demonstrate abilities to increase sales performance in the agency

- Good Interpersonal relationships
QUALIFICATIONS
- An undergraduate degree from an accredited university in any field.
- Relevant Sales, Marketing, insurance and life insurance related knowledge.
- Holder of a professional qualification (COP, Cll or equivalent).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and packages
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial sector or a Life Insurance company.
