Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of phone issues, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting.
- Perform rigorous quality checks on repaired phones to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts and inventory levels.
- Document all incoming and outgoing phones, including repair details and customer information.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline repair processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant academic certification from a recognized training institution
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of smartphone hardware and software.
- Proven experience in repairing various phone models and brands.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment. multaneously.
