After-Sale Phone Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of phone issues, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks on repaired phones to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts and inventory levels.
  • Document all incoming and outgoing phones, including repair details and customer information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline repair processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic certification from a recognized training institution
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of smartphone hardware and software.
  • Proven experience in repairing various phone models and brands.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. multaneously.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for marketing and sales.
