What You’ll Do

- Handle Administrative Duties: Oversee correspondence, document preparation, and filing to ensure smooth information flow within the team and with external partners.
- Coordinate Schedules and Meetings: Manage team calendars, organize meetings, and ensure timely communication for team members and stakeholders.
- Plan and Support Field Expeditions: Organize logistics for fieldwork, including travel arrangements, permits, and accommodations, to ensure successful expeditions.
- Manage Procurement: Source, purchase, and track field equipment and office supplies to meet operational needs.
- Oversee Office Operations: Ensure that the office runs efficiently by maintaining supplies, organizing resources, and addressing staff requirements.
- Liaise with Local Communities: Act as a point of contact for local communities and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment with project goals.
- Support Project Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination among team members, partners, and local collaborators to ensure smooth project execution
What We Need
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Experience in Administrative Support: Proven track record in handling correspondence, document management, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Logistics and Procurement: Skilled in managing procurement processes and coordinating logistics for fieldwork and office supplies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with team members, local communities, and stakeholders to facilitate project success.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and efficiency in all administrative and operational duties.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistical and procurement processes.
- Experience working in diverse and dynamic environments.
- Understanding of Nigeria’s cultural and community dynamics is a plus.
Salary
- N70,000 Monthly.
