Job Summary:
The Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth office management, provide administrative support, and maintain efficient record-keeping for Lofty COM Training Centre and MBM Security Solutions (U) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document filing.
• Provide administrative support to different departments.
• Handle procurement of office supplies and manage office inventory.
• Oversee financial and budgetary processes, including petty cash management.
• Maintain records of staff, students, and program activities.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and events.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Handle basic HR tasks, such as leave management and staff welfare.
• Helps in Bidding and makes sure newspapers are bought every Tue & Thur for that reason.
• Helps in Filling returns and NSSF
• Helps in Quoting
• General Cleanliness of the entire office on a daily
• Prepare/ Register Students who have finished training for the Ministry of Education Exams for Certification.
• Checking and renewal of all monthly, annually, etc subscription like vehicle third parties, licences, Driving or Riding permits of the employees checks, Trading License, company registrations and returns, URA & URSB documentations etc.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
