Description
- To ensure smooth administrative functions for effective management of the 2025 SMC implementation in these states and conclusion of vendor and personnel payments, there is the need for an experienced Admin support (TA) to be engaged to support the Plateau State Administrative officer (operations unit).
- The limited number of staff in the state administrative/ Operations Unit and load of work stretch staff and create lax in response time.
- Therefore, there is the urgent need to engage an Admin support (TA) to support the State office operations team in ensuring ease of workload, fast-tracking of processes to enable full documentation and payment of vendors, and resolve pending administrative tasks.
Specific Activities for the Admin Support Staff
Admin/Operations Support TA:
- Provides administrative support in the Plateau state office of PF SMC Project.
- Liaise with the Procurement & Admin Officer in coordinating vendor payments and administrative tasks for SMC Philanthropic Funding project
- Review, scanning, and printing of support documents for SMC related payments
- Ensures proper filing of SMC related support documents for payments
- Carry out other duties as may be assigned.
Profile Requirements of TAs
Admin/Operations:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably the Social or Management Sciences.
- At least 1-year experience in a similar role.
- Good use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills.
- Previous experience in office administrative support; and
- Possess good understanding, knowledge and experience in document control and management.
