We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing communications, scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support across various departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or financial management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
